2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact ZenVora Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs or videos showing the product and, where applicable, the packaging and shipping label.

We may request additional information to help us determine the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, ZenVora may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind about a purchase, a return may be accepted at ZenVora's discretion, provided that:

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product is unused and in its original condition.
• The original packaging and accessories are included.
• The customer pays the applicable return shipping costs.

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.

Our support team will review your request and provide instructions if the return is approved.

Do not send products back to us before receiving return instructions from ZenVora. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a product being defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly supplied by ZenVora, we may cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide an appropriate alternative solution.

If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return shipping arrangements and costs may vary depending on the product and delivery location.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will generally be issued using the original payment method, where possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or financial institution. ZenVora does not control the processing time of third-party financial institutions.

Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error, defect, or damage attributable to ZenVora or the delivery process.

8. Replacements

Where appropriate, ZenVora may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement products are subject to availability. If the same product is unavailable, ZenVora may offer an alternative resolution, such as a refund or store credit.

9. Product Inspection

Returned products may be inspected before a refund or replacement is approved.

If an inspection determines that the product was damaged because of misuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, or failure to follow the product's instructions, the return may be rejected.

For electrical appliances, customers should use the product according to the manufacturer's instructions and the applicable voltage and electrical requirements.

10. Refund Delays

If your refund has been approved but you have not received it, please first check your bank account or payment account.

11. Exchanges

We may provide an exchange or replacement for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and the terms of this policy.

12. Final Sale Items

If ZenVora identifies certain products as final sale, clearance, or otherwise non-returnable at the time of purchase, those items may not be eligible for return except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

This policy does not limit or exclude any rights or remedies that customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where applicable law provides customers with rights that are more favorable than this policy, those legal rights will continue to apply.
